5. At least 90 days in advance, the board of directors shall fix by resolution:
(1)  the date and place of the holding of at least 1 annual examination of the Order with mention of the date and place of each test, where applicable, and the holding of a corresponding supplemental examination for each test; and
(2)  the form of each test, which may be written or oral, theoretical or clinical.
